Jimmy Earley

Jimmy Earley is Program Director of Glean Kentucky. Before becoming Glean Kentucky’s Program Director, he spent four years as Glean KY’s Central Kentucky Field Coordinator, learning the operations side of produce recovery in his hometown of Lexington, KY. Jimmy began his work with Glean Kentucky as the Farm-To-Kitchen Coordinator between FoodChain, another food centered non-profit, and Glean Kentucky. Before focusing on produce recovery and redistribution, Jimmy was General Manager of Kentucky’s first farmer-owned food hub in Louisville, KY, and spent the better part of a decade as a Worker- Owner of Just Coffee Fair Trade Roasting Cooperative in Madison, WI, working with small coffee producing cooperatives primarily in Central America while managing Just Coffee’s production facility. Jimmy has always been passionate about working with small organizations in order to achieve large goals and is enthusiastically looking forward to bringing that same spirit to board service for the AGO.
