March Volunteer Engagement Affinity Group

Gleaning has the power to go beyond providing fresh food to community members in need. But how do we build community at every event? How do we inspire our volunteers to be champions for causes like food waste reduction, climate change, and health equity? Join the Volunteer Engagement small group discussion to share best practices on how to inspire your volunteers.  Shawn Peterson will foster a monthly Affinity Group among gleaners about how to encourage important conversations to build community and engage in community action.
