Private Group Gleans

Cara Michelle Silverberg serves Rachel’s Table of Western Massachusetts as the director of intercultural learning and land-based programs. She has been working with RTWM since March 2021. She has worked in the fields of secular and Jewish land-based education for over 20 years, specializing in youth and young adult leadership development, summer camp management, program development, and intercultural/interfaith learning. This is Cara’s fourth AGO Gleaning Symposium.
Cara shares how our private group gleans with youth, students, agency clients, corporate sponsors and more help us reach our goals around food access and equity, community engagement, intercultural connection, and funding.
