Between Matt Crawford and Ezra Fischer they have designed and built Salesforce systems for a handful of gleaning organizations. We’ll discuss when it makes sense to make the leap to Salesforce and if you do, how to think about hiring an admin or consultant. They will share some of the common architecture we’ve used and show a few of the ways we’ve been able to extend the Salesforce platform to serve employees, farmers, recipient organizations, and volunteers. They will also show ways that data collection and reporting have informed day-to-day decisions and longer-term goals.
