Morgan Curry

Morgan Curry was born and raised in Skagit County. She is passionate about understanding food systems and policy driven food insecurity. Morgan devotes her work to safeguard a healthy, just, and sustainable community. Her other social passions include education, non-profit structures, and immigrants and children. Morgan is active with various organizations in the county and serves in board positions for WE Ignite and Skagit Women’s Alliance and Network (SWAN). Additionally, Morgan’s social justice lens has placed her on the Curriculum Development Committee for Leadership Skagit. Morgan is the Executive Director for Skagit Gleaners and is an active graduate student. Upon commencement in 2022, she will hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration with concentrations in both non-profit and government policy from Seattle University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Western Washington University. Morgan loves to read and write and enjoys traveling and kayaking with her family. She is a proud mother to her young daughter.
