Kacey Carpenter is an author, community organizer, and coach with a rich background in digital engagement and community building across non-profits and the public and private sectors. He has decades of experience leading global teams at Cisco, focusing on technology innovation and organizational transformation. He serves on non-profit boards, including the National Writers Union and the Grateful Giving Product Advisory Council, and led the Sierra Club Chapter Digital team, training and onboarding thousands of volunteer leaders across the United States and Puerto Rico.
