Create a Plan For Your Organization

This cohort is comprised of gleaning organizations that are transitioning either: a.) an Executive Director, b.) moving from a completely volunteer-run organization to one with a paid staff, or c.) those looking to build a bench of empowered leaders for their volunteer-run entities.

Throughout the three-month commitment, you (staff, volunteer, board or committee members, etc.) will develop a comprehensive leadership transition plan to take back to your organizations. You can expect to learn from AGO staff, subject area experts, and their peers who are in similar situations.
